About us

The expertise to solve your tax problem...

Chater and Mike Kerridge (BSc FCA) provide an all round tax advisory service to corporates and individuals.

MIke is a member of the FSB and is currently a member of their tax committee.

Mike has over 20 year's tax experience, having worked for an international firm of accountants, in the UK and abroad, in taxation. He has also been deputy tax director (property) for a major bank.

He is used to giving practical advice on tax matters, having worked both in practice and in the commercial sector. He also has an extensive knowledge of collective investment funds-property syndicates and property partnerships, both from the tax and accounting viewpoint.

Mike has decided to start his own business to provide a tax service equivalent to major firms at a price that companies and individuals can afford.

We offer the personal touch, being readily available to you by various means of communication and approach projects in a commercial way giving sound advice with technical back-up, as supported by an extensive Library.

As well as being happy to work with your accountants and other professional advisors on projects we will agree the scope of work and fees up front.

We like to think that we approach a project in a commercial way and advise accordingly.
